Emerald City Investment Trust

Emerald City Investment Trust, or "Condos, Condos, Condos!" is the comedic devised theatre promotion that I made alongside fellow artist, Elizabeth Lima, while performing in Glendon College's "The Housing Show."

This show highlighted the already out-of-control housing crisis in Toronto, and our video was created using "found text" from actual condo development advertisements in Toronto.
