I Dream of Poultry Cottages
A young man mysteriously arrives at a country road in St-Anne-de-Bellevue, and begins to write a suicide letter for his parents. Three parts of the self come to life in this rich and rural environment and join him for a conversation. They discuss why each of them has come and reveal what stands in the way of their healing.
This film is an original Experimental Drama shot in 2023. It dives into topics of inner dialogue, suicidal thought and works with elements of fantasy, mythology, and anthropomorphism. Mr. Blander plans on re-shooting this film with a larger cast and possibly turning it into a feature film. All Right Reserved. ©
